this week my WOW is one of my lymrics because my rhyme and humour was very good so here is one of my lymrics

There once was a girl named Dolly
one day she said good golly
she got a wish
that she broke a dish
and she changed her name to Holly.

This week my WOW is my maths because I lernt some thing  new and I am vary proud that I lernt it in one day.

This week my work of the week is my speech. I choose my speech because I am really proud of  it because I got  third in the Lions speech competition.

For the last couple of weeks Room 1 has been doing power points on there star sign. My star sign is GeminiI have learnt a lot about my star sign. My favorite fact is that it is two boys. I am very proud of my powerpoint so cheek it out and see if you agree with me.

This week my work of the week is my spelling results because last term my results were very poor and this week my  results are the best they have been for a long time I have been practicing them by a computer program called spelling city.

My results= This week I got 18 wright that means I got 2 wrong.

I choose my writing for my work of the week because in this piece of writing I am using lots

descriptive words in my writing like screamed and mararched

“Mum I screamed. “Mum grandad said we are moving”  well we are she slowly replied, but we cant Iv got good friends here. “Life will go on” no it won’t I added as I marched into my room. I grabbed the phone and quickly rang up Abbey. Abbey I sobbed, we are moving. before Abbey got to say anything I hung up. I ran in to the kitchen and asked mum if I could have a going away party. I think that will be a good idea she replied. “Yay” when can I have it. How about now because we are moving tomorrow, OK. I grabbed the phone and rang up Abbey, Grace and Lara. suddenly every thing went quiet, somehow I had to tell them we are moving. Ding dong the door bell rang it was Lara and Grace and Abbey. Later on that day I had to tell them we were moving they all took it well we gave each other hugs and we all said we will keep in touch. 

I choose my writing goals for my work of the week because in this piece of work I put a lot of detail and I’m vary happy with it it is also very bright so that any one can see my writing goals

Overview

My experiment was to test to see weather the container makes a difference on how a plant grows.

Results

As you can see all the plants grew especially the small container.

Problems

One problem that we had halfway through our experiment some people knocked our terracotta pot, so we had to only use one seed because the other one fell down the deck.

Another problem is that someone took the watering bottle home and we had to use a yogurt container.

Things I would do differently next time

I dont know what I would do differently next time.

Possible further studies

I could keep going and see what one grows the most in 2 months.

These ones are amaculate they have grown allot about 5 cm.

the last update it is now about 5-10 cm tall.This is our medium plastic container as you can see it has grown allot since

This is our shoe box and the box is actually ripping these have not grown at all.

  These  ones are like the shoe box grown just a little bit but not much.

Aim-to see if plants need a container to grow and what size.
predicon- I think a plant will grow in a bigger container.

procedure-1.get 4 ( terracotta, shoebox, plastic container medium and a small plastic container) fill them up with dirt
2. put 2 seeds in each container just on top of the soil
3. place them out side on the right side of the deck
4.at night when we get let out for home put them on top of Casey’s desk
5.when Casey gets to school in the morning she needs to put them in their place everyday
6.everyday at 12:30 Alesha uses Casey’s drink bottle to water the plants (only full up to the line)
7.everyday Casey needs to take a photo of the plant at home time
